Mediation Services
GP Partnership Mediation
Support for disputes between partners of any practice size. This includes exit negotiations, property disagreements, financial disputes, and dissolutions.
What’s Included:
✔ Unlimited preparatory calls, online meetings, and emails with all parties and their legal representatives (if required)
✔ A full 8-hour mediation day, delivered face-to-face or online via Microsoft Teams
✔ Drafting of a mediation agreement, and where legal representation is not in place, a settlement agreement with signed copies provided to all parties

Interactive, practical workshops for practice or PCN teams, focused on improving communication and managing conflict constructively. This workshop addresses conflicts with colleagues and patients.
What’s Included:
✔ 3-hour session, virtual or in person
✔ For up to 30 attendees
✔ Content tailored to the team and context
Pricing:
£1,000 per workshop
If in person: additional expenses apply (travel/accommodation)
Workplace & Employment Disputes
Support for resolving staff or team conflicts - such as breakdowns in working relationships, grievances, or issues involving performance, communication, or management.
What’s Included:
✔ Preparation and planning tailored to the individuals involved
✔ Delivered in a series of shorter sessions over multiple days
✔ Typically delivered remotely for flexibility and confidentiality
Pricing:
Hourly rate: £250
Typical duration: ~12 hours for a two-person conflict (spread over several days)
Conflict Coaching
One-to-one coaching for individuals in primary care who want support from a peer with how to handle a conflict they are facing at work. Suitable for clinicians, managers, or leaders.
What’s Included:
✔ Focused, confidential sessions tailored to the individual's role and situation
✔ Delivered remotely at times that work for the client
✔ Available as standalone support or alongside mediation
