Online Mediation
Mediation doesn’t have to take place in person - online mediation offers a flexible, efficient, and cost-effective alternative.

How Online Mediation Works
Conducted via Microsoft Teams, online mediation allows participants to engage from their own practice, office, or home using standard NHS or personal IT systems.

Clare started to provide online mediation during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has since become a preferred option for many. When Clare conducts mediations remotely, she provides the same structured and confidential process as in-person sessions.

As with in-person mediation, participants have access to:
-
Private online rooms for confidential discussions with the mediator
-
A joint meeting room for group discussions and negotiations
-
Document-sharing tools, including digital whiteboards and secure platforms for reviewing and signing agreements electronically before the session ends

Why Choose Online Mediation?
✔ Saves time and costs - No travel, accommodation, or venue hire expenses.
✔ Discounted mediation fee - Clare offers reduced rates for online sessions.
✔ More flexible for participants - Mediation can take place from a surgery, office, or home, with short breaks allowing access to clinical systems when needed.
✔ Encourages a relaxed but focused approach - Many participants feel more comfortable engaging from a familiar environment.
✔ Reduces tension in high-conflict cases - Parties do not have to be in the same physical space, which can help facilitate discussions.

Online mediation provides all the benefits of face-to-face mediation while offering greater flexibility and convenience. If you'd like to explore this option, feel free to get in touch.
